The Board of Selectmen held a special meeting on Wednesday, January 28, 2009
At 10:00 a.m. in the Mary Hawley Room located at the Town Hall, 45 Main Street, Newtown, CT 06470.
The meeting was delayed due to inclement weather.
First Selectman Borst called the meeting to order at 10:40 a.m.
PRESENT: First Selectman Joseph Borst, Selectman Paul Mangiafico, Selectman Herb Rosenthal.
ALSO PRESENT: Police Chief Michael Kehoe and Human Resource Administrator Carole Ross.
Selectman Rosenthal moved to enter executive session for the purpose of union negotiation discussion. First Selectman Borst seconded. All in favor
Executive session was entered at 10:41 a.m. and returned to regular session at 11:40 a.m. with no action taken.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 11:40 a.m.
